SUNEEL GUPTA, Co-Founder and CEO, RISE, VP of Product Development, Groupon

Suneel Gupta is the bestselling author of “Backable”, which is rooted in Suneel’s journey from the “Face of Failure” for the New York Times to the “New Face of Innovation” for the New York Stock Exchange. Suneel is the founding CEO of RISE, which partnered with First Lady Michelle Obama to deliver low-cost healthcare services to people in need. RISE was named “App of the Year” by Apple and sold in a successful exit to One Medical (NASDAQ: ONEM). All ADSO members are encouraged to attend this meeting of the association’s Government Affairs Committee to learn more about ADSO’s federal and state level priorities, with an in depth look at current efforts in our host state of Texas. Speakers include committee chair, Mitch Goldman, ADSO VP of Government Relations, Gray McGinnis, and members of ADSO’s Federal and Texas lobby teams.

COVID-19

At the current time the ADSO is planning to proceed with an in-person only Summit in Austin, TX at the end of March. As the pandemic continues to rapidly evolve, the ADSO team will continue to closely monitor developments and will update this notice accordingly.

At the 2022 Summit the ADSO will require all attendees to follow all venue and Local/State safety requirements and guidelines in effect at the time of the meeting. Attendees will also be encouraged to follow CDC recommendations on best practices for reducing COVID 19 spread. The ADSO encourages attendees to closely monitor their own potential exposure and symptoms before they travel to Austin and not make the trip if there is a risk that they could have contracted COVID-19.

Hotel Information

The JW Marriott Austin welcomes ADSO where a whole new realm of meeting possibilities thrives in downtown Austin. As the first JW Marriott in the city and the largest JW Marriott in the Americas, the Austin JW Marriott provides a wonderful location for the 2022 ADSO Summit! ADSO’s room block is closed, but the hotel may have remaining rooms at the best avaible rate.
