Mr. Sohail Malad is proud to be in service to the oral surgeons and teams that majority own Oral Surgery Partners.   With over 80 locations and more than one thousand teammates, Oral Surgery Partners is committed to putting the surgeon and their teams, first.   Each practice is locally led and supported with infrastructure to continue a legacy that is ‘built to last.’   OSP supports surgeon teams with recruiting, mentorship, technology innovation and a field team in service to our sites.

Sohail has more than 15 years of corporate leadership experience. He specializes in developing and implementing growth strategies in healthcare companies that are private equity backed and has extensive experience with acquisitions and integration.

Prior to OSP, Mr. Malad was President of General Practice at National Veterinary Associates (‘NVA’).   During his tenure, the business grew from 350 locations to 1,000 locations and from $650M of revenue to $3.5B, employing close to 30,000 associates and accounting for 70% of NVA’s total revenue.

Prior to NVA, Sohail was Vice President, General Manager for TransUnion Healthcare, Payor Solutions.  He has worked for the Boston Consulting Group and Ernst & Young LLP.   He holds an MBA with Honors from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Finance, Summa cum Laude from the University of Southern California.  Sohail has served on the boards of a NASDAQ-listed aerospace company for 10 years as well as a software start-up that was sold to a publicly traded retailer.
