Mike Friguletto is the CEO for Beacon Oral Specialists, a leading management services platforms for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons in the US supporting over 30 practice groups and 100 locations across 11 states.  A multidisciplinary executive with over 30 years of global experience leading businesses in the healthcare, technology and financial services sectors, Mike has a proven record of transformational leadership in companies at every stage of the lifecycle.

Prior to his current role, Mike served as President of U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP), a physician-owned practice dedicated to providing high-quality anesthesia services to over 2.3 million patients across the nation annually. He was instrumental in building USAP to be a leader in anesthesia care, with industry-leading quality and operational excellence.

Mike’s career began at the General Electric Company.   Trained in Computer Science and Data Analytics, he spent 24 years in roles spanning GE’s Industrial, Capital and Healthcare divisions building and managing technology-enabled services businesses.   Among his varied roles, Mike served as the head of Business Development for Care Credit, the largest patient financing company in the US (now part of Synchrony Financial); he led Global Service Technology for GE Healthcare’s Diagnostic Imaging Business; and he led the division responsible for GE Healthcare’s Revenue Cycle and EMR technology solutions.   In the past 10 years, he has led or advised privately held companies focused on primary care, urology and anesthesia including pain management.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Siena College, and a Master of Information Systems degree from Virginia Tech.   He resides in Dallas, Texas along with his wife Katharine and their three children.
