Lane Theriault is the founder and CEO of Independence Dental Services. Prior to Independence, Lane co-founded 123Dentist Corporation, a Canadian DSO that has grown to be the 2nd largest in the country. Before his career in the dental space, Lane was an investment banker at Citigroup in its the Mergers and Acquisitions group, focusing on large, cross border public company transactions.
