With over two decades of clinical and administrative experience in DSOs, Dr. Charles Zasso leads the clinical support and development for the dentists of Great Lakes Dental Partners’ network of affiliated locations. Previously, he served as Chief Dental Officer for Affordable Care Inc., DentalOne Partners, and DentalCare Partners, where he implemented new clinical and interdisciplinary initiatives to promote growth and improve patient satisfaction.

Dr. Rob Kolts is the Clinical Director for Overjet where he coaches executives and providers on the adoption and usage of artificial intelligence. Previously, Dr. Kolts was the COO of Verber Dental Group and CEO of Northwest Dental Group. He started his career as a general dentist at Heartland Dental.
