ADSO Study Clubs
The ADSO Study Club program was launched in 2022 to connecting DSO executive team members with peers in their areas of specialization to share experiences and best practices along with presentations on pressing issues affecting DSO teams and departments. The program is inspired by the association’s founding as a study club for the founding CEOs of the DSO industry.
Current ADSO Study Clubs focus on the following areas of interest: Human Resources, Marketing, Clinical Leadership, Operations & IT, Finance & M&A.
Study Clubs host roundtable discussions on topics such as compensation strategies in today’s job market, organizational structures, best practices for tracking marketing initiative effectiveness, how to attract and retain talent, and much more. These topics directly connect to the tracks found at the ADSO annual Summit and additional Clubs will be added to the program as attendees provide their feedback. Study club chairs and members are also actively working with the Curriculum Committee to plan progressive breakout sessions at the 2023 ADSO Summit on their area of focus.
Study Club participants find the resources and knowledge shared invaluable and walk away with tangible material to elevate their work. If you or a team member are interested in joining a Study Club, please email membership@theadso.org.
