David Sides
David Sides is CEO and president for NextGen Healthcare, where he brings a breadth of commercial and operations experience leading premier healthcare technology companies. At Teladoc Health, during his tenure as COO, revenues doubled in 2020 and are currently on track to exceed $2 billion in 2021. As the CEO of Streamline Health, David oversaw a major turnaround that resulted in revenue growth. Before that, as CEO of iMDsoft, the company achieved more than a 30% increase in revenue. While at Cerner Corporation, David helped grow the Worldwide Consulting business from $643 million in 2008 to $1.03 billion in 2012.
Dr. Martin Lustick
Dr. Martin Lustick, principal and senior vice president with NextGen Healthcare, tackles numerous healthcare issues, such as healthcare capacity planning, Health Information Exchange, and value-based care. Dr. Lustick earned a BA in History from Cornell and an MD from Columbia. Following his pediatric residency, he was in clinical practice with Kaiser Permanente of the Mid-Atlantic States. As COO, he oversaw population health and open access delivery model development. Dr. Lustick then served as CMO for ThompsonHealth, providing clinical oversight in key areas, including health IT and out-patient physician practices. As SVP and CMO for Excellus BCBS, he initiated a patient-centered medical home program, which supported the organization’s value-based payment strategy.
Dr. Melissa Keil
Dr. Melissa Keil grew up in Ann Arbor, MI, and earned her DDS at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2018. She worked in a Federally Qualified Health Center in Battle Creek, MI, immediately after graduation and then assumed the role of dental director in 2020. Dr. Keil plans to spend her career serving the underserved and is passionate about helping patients achieve a higher oral-health-related quality of life. Outside of dentistry, she spends her time coaching figure skating, cooking, and being outdoors with her dog.
Carlos Vallecillo
With more than 20 years of experience in the dental industry, Carlos Vallecillo has been on the front lines of the dental technology revolution. He began his career delivering dental care chairside. Then he managed dental organizations and eventually transitioned to dental software and technology sales and consultation. His vast experience has helped numerous hospitals, DSOs, and the Department of Defense modernize their clinical and RCM workflows by upgrading their Practice Management (PM) and EHR platforms. He has also facilitated webinars that help optimize software to maximize efficiencies and the links between oral and systemic health. Carlos currently serves as the eastern regional sales manager for QSIDental, a NextGen Healthcare company.
