Dr. Mary Regina Pham is the Founder, CEO, and Pediatric Dentist of Lollipop Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, a multi-location dental group she has led since 2012. With a mission to redefine the pediatric dental experience, Dr. Pham has built practices that are not only clinically exceptional but also warm, educational, and fun for families. By assembling a team of Board-Certified specialists and cultivating a values-driven culture known as the “Lollipop Way,” her organization now serves over 85,000 patients annually and has earned national recognition—including multiple appearances on the Inc. 5000, Becker’s DSO’s to Watch, and Group Dentistry Now’s Dental Groups to Watch.
