We had the pleasure of meeting with nearly 200 attendees to discuss best practices for managing the unique challenges of emerging DSOs and how to take on opportunities. The interactive panels and events held at Partnering for Growth were a hands on way for emerging DSO’s to engage with the top thought leaders in the country on topics such as leadership, marketing, and compliance.
We would like to thank all of our sponsors, especially our co-title sponsors, Henry Schein and Houlihan Lokey for supporting this event. And as always, the long hours that the ADSO team spent preparing for this event was evident. Partnering for Growth would not have been the success it was without your involvement.
This is an incredible time of growth for the DSO industry and we’re committed to continuing ADSO’s momentum to build a future where dentists have the ability to choose the non-clinical support services which best allow them to focus on patients, and ultimately improve the oral health of communities everywhere.
The ADSO is planning a formal strategic planning session at its November board of directors meeting. Focus groups are already underway with various stakeholders which are being used to gather critical data for the formal, facilitated meeting. We look forward to working alongside our members to provide a specific plan that will direct the ADSO over the next 3-5 years.
Our branding efforts to elevate the ADSO brand and what it means to be part of our community have already begun with the redesigned newsletter and will continue with a plan to expand our social media engagement and a new website design to accommodate sharing of best practices and DSO resources.
Again, a big thank you to all who participated in Partnering for Growth and contributed to the success of the conference. We look forward to seeing you in Austin, April 17-20th, 2018 for the next annual summit!
