The Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO) will host the first annual Partnering for Growth 2017 conference at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center near Washington, D.C. The conference, taking place from September 21-22, will provide educational content that is geared specifically to connect with small & emerging groups, and share best practices to grow in the DSO industry.
The two-day conference will feature unique networking opportunities, educational panels, and more. On Thursday, September 21st, Michael White of MWA CPAs + Business Advisors will present on accounting issues related to setting up and managing your DSO. During this presentation Mike will focus on the difference between a management company structure and DSO, fundamentals of financials, and common mistakes related to setting up the structure.
Mr. White’s expertise in the Dental Service Organization field spans a full range of business functions, including DSO setup and management focused on the development and implementation of legal, accounting and financial infrastructures tailored specifically to DSO’s. His approach prioritizes the achievement of the DSO’s vision and goals and also considers how pursuit of those goals will impact each client from a tax, accounting and advisory perspective.
The full agenda for the September conference can be found here. For more information on how to become an ADSO member and to register for the conference, please visit www.theadso.org. Follow the conversation on Twitter and Facebook with #PartneringForGrowth.
