DSOs are invited to attend the Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO) first ever Partnering for Growth 2017 conference in Washington, D.C. The conference, taking place at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center from September 21-22, will provide educational content that is geared specifically to connect with small & emerging groups, and share best practices to grow in the DSO industry.
Attendees will have the unique opportunity to hear from a number of speakers during this year’s conference including member company CEOs, dentists, and industry experts. ADSO President Michael Bileca will kick off the morning sessions on the 21st with a workshop on the fundamental principles of personal and team leadership, principles that apply to DSOs of all sizes.
“The Partnering for Growth conference is the premier DSO event of the year for smaller and emerging DSOs to come together and meet with the DSO industry veterans,” said Mr. Bileca. “It’s a chance to cultivate relationships, learn from one another and share new ideas. I’m excited to share my own experiences during the Leadership workshop and throughout the conference.”
A recognized leader in the industry and in the community, Mr. Bileca is an executive at Dental Care Alliance and former President and Founder of Towncare Dental Partnership, Inc. which was merged with Dental Care Alliance in 2013. He was also managing partner of a consulting company that specialized in organizational alignment and performance based heavily on Dr. Stephen Covey’s work. Mr. Bileca was elected to the Florida Legislature in 2010 and currently serves in Florida House of Representatives.
